Color selection appointment - completed 26 May

Wow!  It's hard to believe that it's already been nearly 2 months since we did our color selection.

We chose to have a 340mm dropped ceiling in the Kitchen and WIP.

Floor tiles:  Monument Ivory Sealed Polished Porcelain tiles 600mm x 600mm

This is an image of the display home kitchen.  We have removed 

the oven tower and have extended the bench top in it's place.  

The darker cabinets in this image are slightly different to the 

Espresso Ligna which we have selected.  

Cabinetry:  Bottom - white silk finish, Top - Espresso Ligna 

Cabinets with a soft close mechanism to all doors and drawers.

I found an image of an island bench in the Espresso Ligna
color and copy pasted the Monument floor tiles in front of it. 

Benchtop:  Caesarstone 40 mm - Osprey

Ensuite Shower with both shower heads with separate mixers to have the choice of either one or both at the same time.

Wall paint: Tranquil white is the 4th down on the left and Peace Pipes on the photo is 2nd down on the right

I use the house drawings given to us by Orbit and fill in the colors using online pictures of the actual bricks, Colorbond, render and window colors.

Our outdoor color selection:

Brick: Original selection Austral Homestead Blackwood image above (off white rolled mortar)  
We have changed our minds and want Austral Access Chestnut brick, which is slightly lighter (image below)
Roof: Colorbond Monument
Windows: Merino
Gutters/fascias: Paperbark
Garage Door/Front door: Caoba

Front door: 2040mm x 1020 mm wide door Hume Savoy XS24 

Land settlement due end of August

We have land contracts. We're waiting for land settlement, which is expected end of August.  The roads have been paved in our estate and the gutters have been put in.  We have signed our house building contract too and will start to build as soon as the land settles.
